It looks nice, but one thing I noticed is it kinda looks like the face was pasted on there. Compare the smoothness of her face to the rest of her skin and you'll see what I mean. :/

It does look great tho, and youve definatly improved so much compared to earlier manips youve made. so very well done :) keep it up ^_^
